Our goal at Fits U is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds
All sale items are non-refundable but you can exchange or receive a store credit on any new, unworn items within 5 days of receiving your delivery.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we'll gladly accept exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs and the item must be in new condition. Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant and scents.
Returns/Exchanges Process
To process a return or exchange, please login to your account and select "Return/Exchange." We'll provide you with a pre-paid return label. Once we receive the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before the item ships. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and return/exchange policies above apply.
